How can i stop myself from eating so much/compulsive eating disorder help? - compulsive eating help

I struggle with compulsive eating disorder / malfunction. Can someone give me some advice, what I think of me? I'm tired of the food control my life and I want to be healthy. I lost like 50 pounds overweight, weight, if I instead of losing time to start eating like a fat pig. This was with me almost 2 years. If I can not help myself I'm desperate!

  1. I think we should first analyze when and why you eat. Did you eat because it is a way to cope with stress? Do you eat when you feel better when you are sad or down? What are the foods you eat? I think these issues should be addressed to help you lose weight to be.

    Losing weight is a combination of good nutrition and exercise. Start slowly and gradually increase your diet and training regiment. For example, the first start each day and build up gradually to walk every day .... and possibly running in order to join a fitness studio. For your diet, I would like to take some research, and little by little healthier foods to your daily diet.

    People with eating disorders, excessive alcohol should be supported by a health professional like a psychiatrist, psychologist or clinical social worker. There are several ways to treat binge eating disorder.

    You can get professional help. Talk to your doctor about what kind of help you may be better for you. The good news is that most people and treatment and can overcome binge eating too.
